AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Why do we procrastinate, and that too on necessary things? Is it a modern malady or an ancient one? What are some of the way to overcome this very bad habit😥?

From what I have understood it is often Nature’s way of taking revenge when we try to work too eagerly with an eye on perfection.  Nature tends to recoil and sometimes even tries to retreat from a hasty advance to remind us that something is possibly missed out. During such hours, one should stay quiet, change the mode or the routine a little bit especially making place for physical exercises which prevent tamas from settling it. This tendency is perhaps not new to humanity but it becomes more visible and sometimes even annoying in our times due to the fast pace of life in general.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
