Homo Russelicus or Homo Intellectualis refers to the human being evolving around intellectual lines. As your uncle rightly pointed out it is in a sarcastic vein implying that the intellectual man thinks he is superior because of his analytical mental faculty whereas there are other higher and deeper possibilities awaiting his discovery.

Homo spiritualicus is the spiritually evolved human being in whom intuition has become active. He is a being of universal knowledge.

Homo psychicus is the human being who is governed more and more by the psychic being and the Divine Presence in his heart. He is a being of universal love.

Affectionately,
