Concentration means to gather one’s energies and focus them on a single point.
Sit in a comfortable position, neither a difficult posture nor a lazy one. Best is to fix a particular time and place. It facilitates the process. One starts by first quietening the mind by focusing on the breath or simply calling Peace.
Then you simply fix your attention/awareness in the centre of your chest or above the head on the Mother’s Presence taking help of Her image or Her Name or a mantra.
Keep intensifying it through persistent practice.
