How to increase faith towards The Mother and Sri Aurobindo and how to quieten the mind and vital? ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

To quieten the mind and vital, one should learn to live within rather than project onto the surfaces of life, reacting and responding to every stimulus. We should try to practice equanimity in the face of the touches of nature such as heat or cold, remarks of people such as praise or insult, gains and losses, success and failures, pleasure and pain. This is the foundation.

For an increase in faith, one should ask for it from the Divine Mother. In every situation and circumstances one should remember and offer everything to Her with the aspiration for closeness to the Divine and to be in the Service of the Divine. Read divinely charged books and keep the company of those who are full of faith. As a corollary, avoid the company of those who are full of doubts, especially those who are hostile to the Divine. These are the ways to increase your faith.

Affectionately,

Alok da
