AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

So sir if one is struggling financially, depression, loneliness and clarity how should one take help from the Mother or which mantra, book or meditation or deity (devi devta) to worship. Why the author of das mahavidyas say ki mahavidyas can give moksha?🔓🕊️✨🌊♾️

Deities don’t respond mechanically and robotically to mantras and rituals, – even a developed human being would not do that. If one wants to please a deity then one has to embody the qualities that the Deity manifests. One has to meditate upon them (with or without the help of their mantra) and cultivate faith, devotion and surrender towards them. It is not an automatic process of healing but the inner change that activates the healing process. The Deity can facilitate the needed inner change but only if you consent for it. Trying to change oneself is the sign of this consent. Otherwise whatever is set right will return back and the problem will continue.

Of course people write all kinds of things. And yes if one has faith that the Deity one worships is all-powerful and can grant moksha then the Divine can act from behind through the deity and grant the devotees aspiration. It is not due to the deity itself but the greater Divine Power acting through it.

But again one must remember that no God acts like an ATM machine. One has to grow conscious, put in effort to discover one’s weaknesses, try to change oneself and then the help comes and accomplishes what is needed. There is no magic that works instantly except in those who are prepared and chosen. Or we can say that this is the logic behind the magic. One must aspire, seek, grow conscious and surrender genuinely to God and the magic will happen. There are no short-cuts to personal effort in the right direction.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

And these young men themselves are full of agitation in trying to increase their pay scale at a rapid manner so that they could meet the demands of the parents of the girls whom they want to marry.

It is not Darwinism but copy-catism if one wants to coin a word. The reason however is twofold. Partly it is due to the strong awakening of Rajas in a society that was, for a rather long time oppressed, supressed and made to feel low, in one word tamas. This is a resurgence of excessive rajas which will sooner or later stabilise and, given the …
