AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

How exercise🤸‍♀️ can help our morality?

Exercises are a very good means to sublimate our aggressive energies just as art music and poetry sublimate our sexual energies. Physical sports help us psychologically by instilling in us the pursuit of excellence without necessarily bringing in ambition except where we enter into competitive games. It also helps us to learn to take winning and losing in its own stride, teaches us how to remain equal in victory and defeat and accept it gracefully as part of the sporting spirit, not to regard an opponent as an enemy, to play by the rules exercising restraint even in the middle of extreme action and, above all, to develop the most important thing in life, the team spirit that is a good antidote to selfishness.

But even more importantly sports and exercises make our nerves strong and supple to bear the pressure of the Divine Forces and powerful spiritual currents. In the Yoga of transformation physical culture is used to consciously open the body to the force of transformation and make the body conscious of the Divine Presence in the physical.

I am curious how you understand this and practice this aim of Life. 😊🙏🏻🪷❤️‍🔥
