There is nothing wrong in seeking a work that is more aligned to your inner temperament and which engages you deeply. What the Mother is advising against is change out of restlessness or finding the present job challenging and difficult, or simply out of boredom and fancy, or because one is unhappy with the job, change for the sake of change so to say. These are negative reasons for seeking change. But to shift from one work to another because it is a better utilisation of your capacities, closer to your Swadharma is perfectly fine from the spiritual point of view.
