AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I want to know who is included in the category of gods and goddesses? Please give me information about this. If people who want to live in the material world chant the name of lord krishna for material happiness, will god Sri Krishna fulfill their desire for material happiness? Please guide me on this.β˜€οΈπŸ‘‘πŸ”±Β πŸ‘οΈβœ¨ Β  Β  Β

The gods and goddesses are aspects and powers of the One Supreme Divine. There are the four original gods who represents each an aspect of the Divine. Brahma is Existence, Vishnu is Consciousness, Shiva is Force, Krishna is Bliss. From each of these gods several emanations emerge as so many beings and powers that work on different planes, each with his own function. These gods are fixed in the evolutionary ladder, unlike man who can ascend through the domain of the gods to the very Supreme. Man can, through Yoga, assume even the status of a god, a demigod so to say. They are all a complex organisation and a close-knit community whose main work is to help creation move towards the Divine, towards the Light and the Right.Β

Sri Krishna himself confirms in the Gita that he grants the desires of those who seek the satisfaction of desires from him whereas he gives freedom from ignorance and desires to those who seek Him through bhakti and surrender. And to those who are ever engaged in His Work and Yoga, he takes care of all their material needs and spiritual wellbeing.Β  Β  Β

Affectionately,

While stopping of thoughts completely is not an easy thing, it is very much possible to direct the flow consciously towards an object. Thus, you can consciously let your thoughts run around the idea of God, or of a Divine…

Kindly let me know if the understanding below is incorrect: As SAT, CHIT, and ANANDA are the 3 aspects of PARABRAHMAN, meant for the manifestation in our universe, so are the infinite other aspects of PARABRAHMAN meant for the manifestation in many other universes. And that is how millions of universes, of different kinds, have been created by the Divine.πŸ•‰οΈπŸŒŒβœ¨πŸ‘οΈ

Sat, Chit-tapas, Ananda are the three principle aspects. All other aspects such as Peace, Wisdom, Knowledge, Compassion, Strength, Beauty, Harmony, Love are derived from these four fundamental aspects of the One Infinite. Each…
