AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Is Harmony same as Dharma?  Or Equilibrium? In equilibrium, no creation possible?? So may be balancing?? If everything is in its Dharma without violations, then they will be in Harmony. Right? ☸️⚖️☯️🕊️

Dharma means two things. The stable basis on which the dance of creation takes place. This stable basis is indeed Truth, Satyam, that is at once supreme harmony and delight, a state of perfect equilibrium in which creation is at rest, with all its elements perfectly balanced.

But Dharma is also the stir, the movement, the Divine Impulsion of action. It moves all things in their core. Its goal is to reveal, to manifest the Satyam, Truth hidden in all things and carry the march or the unfolding of creation towards a ‘progressive’ (and not a static) harmony.

Adharma is all that deviates from this inmost truth, all that creates disharmony and disorder leading to confusion and chaos.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
