Though he can see all physical things around him, himself he can’t see fully physically?
2) What is the secret in keeping him blind to his own physical body?
The power to see all around is a special faculty that the Mother has. Here it is seeing her own new body while being in that body. To see it all around one has to come out of the body.
3) What is the creative principal?
The aspect that is concerned with the creation and not just watching over it, that is to say the Divine Mother, the Feminine and dynamic aspect of the One Divine Reality. As an example the Sun is the Creator but its Light and Energy are the creative principle.
4) Do all Gods are created like this ? even MahaVishnu?
Of course Brahma with 4 heads, and Shiva in Lingaroopa are different.
There’s something special in human bodily creation making him blind to his own back and head .
Yes the same principle applies there. At least there is a story of Shiva where Mata Parvati closes his eyes for a moment and that’s when Andhakasura is born from his sweat. Indra of the Vedas is the only god known to have a thousand eyes all around.
That apart, all senses are always turned outward as their purpose is to receive information from outside. It is only the sixth sense, Mind, that can turn within.
