To discern means to look at the inner and outer movements sincerely and see what helps us draw closer to the Divine Mother and what veils the Divine Presence. It is discerned further by the growth of inner peace and joy and light and strength and harmony when we make the right choices aligned with the Divine Will.
When we deviate, our being gets temporarily disconnected within with the Divine Presence with its attendant consequences of obscurity, confusion, disharmony, anger, depression, sense of weakness etc. This is the general guiding principle which is primarily a set of inner attitudes rather than a list of dos and don’ts.
