Hathyoga exercises are meant for physical health and vital vigour. These do help in concentration as well. But a simpler way is to play vigorous sport such as Tennis or a racquet game, or engage in some physical activity requiring concentration such as painting, gardening etc. Any of these activities including hathayoga can be either learnt through self-help books or one of the several YouTube classes.
