AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

What is the way to long for the Divine 24 hours a day without getting restlessness. What does longing mean? What mistakes can happen when we move in this path?✨🌟🌌👁️

One should not get impatient because that brings the element of desire. Longing for the Divine is an act of love which is full of self-giving and service rather than of desire which is full of wants. It comes naturally as love, devotion, urge to serve grows and is not something that one can do mechanically,  keeping the time in mind like people do so many japas and malas.

The question to be pondered about is how to give oneself to the Divine, how to serve the Divine, how to increase one’s self-giving. Reading from scriptures, writing prayers and passages from scriptures such as Savitri and the Gita, engaging in acts of service to the Divine or, in the absence of such a possibility, doing everything as an offering to the Divine, trying to organise and live your life as if you and everything belongs to the Divine, treating everyone and everything with the idea that the Divine dwells in them and you are merely a trustee and an instrument, remembering the Divine inwardly and making the Divine the centre and purpose of your life, meditating and contemplating upon the Divine are all so many ways to increase the aspiration and longing for the Divine.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Iran has to change and this change will be good for the people of Iran, for the Middle East where the pressure for the change is goung to increase. The change is needed for the good of the World as well. ..

Dear Sir, Namaste. In one of your talks, you mentioned that the Mother said that “sometimes it is good to concede to the adverse forces” and then you mentioned its similarity with Judo practice. Please explain this, I did not understand. 🥋🙂🙏🏻🌼🦋
