AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Sri Aurobindo and The Mother have written SO MUCH for us. I was listening to one of your speech where you mentioned each work of Sri Aurobindo is for specific goal. So my question is,  what book is for what? 📜📖🪷🌌

 a. Synthesis of yoga: Understanding the principles behind the practice of Yoga.

b. Life Divine: The philosophical and metaphysical basis of Sri Aurobindo’s teachings.

c. Human cycle: The collective evolution of mankind in the past, the present and the future.

d. Letters on Yoga: Practical guidance for the actual practice of the Integral Yoga as well as life in general.

e. Savitri: The ultimate message and the mantra of transformation.

And many others: That is quite a list of which The Mother with questions and answers on The Mother is most important.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Is eating milk and white bread for breakfast with a dash of sugar a bad thing? Modern food guidelines are making too much of white bread and sugar.
