I was listening to your talks on Essays on the Gita, and in one of them, you were talking about doing work disinterested. I could not quite understand whether this meant disinterested in the result or the work itself. πŸ“˜πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸŒΌ

Disinterested means not because of personal interest, for the gains one might get from it. It is not a lack of interest but the absence of any selfish motive in the work.Β

Sir, you have quoted “Ahimsa Paramo Dharma” incorrectly. That is not for Gods/Deities. It is a foundational principle for normal people to follow to attain Moksha.
