AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

My question is that in the Geeta Bhagwan Sri Krishna says that driven by desires. Men worship deities. But parmatma is different. And few say ki all deities are the manifestation of the supreme divine. Why did God create Sadhanas and mantras of various deities and tantra sadhana? 🔱🌌🙏

If there is one parmatma. Sri Meera question hai ki ek paramatma ki worship kaise kare. What is the correct method and surrender. And if I am connected to Sri Aurobindo and The Mother through your videos and their books. But I also have 2 gurus whom I follow. Their meditation and Mantras.

But I also have 2 gurus whom I follow. Their meditation and Mantras. So sir whom to worship our Gurus – maa and sri Aurobindo or the deities ( maa Durga, sri ganesh or yogeshwar Krishna) Will the deities particularly the kuldevta or kuldevi or our isht get angry and curse for not giving them 1st priority. I feel more connected with maa and sri Aurobindo than deities. Also sir kyaa kare sri Aurobindo aur maa ko totally follow kare and get above this karm kaand. Sir plzz guide kariye. Humko padhai k saath spiritually bhi grow karna hai?

Yes, there are different paths, each giving us some glimpse of the Supreme Reality that is One and Infinite.

The many paths exist to allow for diversity of approaches and different temperaments of different individuals. It is to allow diversity. Each one is different and to standardise everything into one way might look simple but then it is no more yoga or true spiritual life but more of a religous ideology.

The path you are destined to take and must take depends upon the core aspiration and the aim one has placed for oneself.

Yes it is not helpful to have too many different gurus. The guru should be one, the others can be like teachers from whom one may learn. To Guru one surrenders completely.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Sir, how do we make sense of Trump’s U-turn on Iran? What would a powerful and globally accepted Iran mean for the emerging global order? And was this conflict triggered by a gross miscalculation and Trump’s petty ego? If so, what is likely to stop him from using his power to subordinate less powerful nations, leading to greater global disharmony? 🥸🗺️📌🌄

Trump’s U turn on Iran is clearly a reality check. But certainly the capabilities of Iran has been crippled, even seriously crippled. Iran has to change and this change will be good for the people of Iran, for the Middle East where the pressure for the change is goung to increase. The change is needed for the good of the World as well. ..

Dear Sir, Namaste. In one of your talks, you mentioned that the Mother said that “sometimes it is good to concede to the adverse forces” and then you mentioned its similarity with Judo practice. Please explain this, I did not understand. 🥋🙂🙏🏻🌼🦋

It means that sometimes we enter into unnecessary battles within ourselves on small issues and it is this that the adverse forces use to keep pressing upon and creating a storm in a teacup. Instead we should focus more on the…
