It is not sleep or the number of hours we lie down that makes us fresh and energetic. During sleep, we come in contact with the Divine within, though for a few minutes and do not remember it. But it is this contact which rejuvenates us. So too putting the Mother’s music puts a mantle of Her Love and Peace around us which, on theย one hand facilitates our journey to the Divine core within while, on the other hand, protects us from adverse disturbing energies from outside that can easily enter during sleep with their harmful effects.
