I am aspiring for Her to be in my Surface consciousness and let her be felt at all moments in day-to-day life. What kind of life am I living while unable to feel her Love and Ananda?
One more thing, though it has nothing to do with me, but I want to share it with you for your guidance. I feel that No Sadhaks here are perhaps psychic realised (but having immense faith and more surrendered than me). I may be wrong; that’s why I am seeking your guidance. That’s why I am unable to bow to him, while it is natural before You and Dr. Debabrata Sahani ( he has helped a lot while I was doing engineering). I hope I will be able to see Mother’s Portions in all and love all.
I am glad you have the opportunity to serve Her in the center. It is indeed a privilege and a Grace to be able to serve the Divine in any way and anywhere.
Regarding your question about the sadhaks and their nature or the extent of their realisation, all that I would say is that it is best not to let the mind run in that direction, as it is harmful for our progress. First of all, we are not equipped to see let alone judge what is happening inside others. All our judgments have little meaning in our present state of ignorance. We judge based on surface appearances which are always poor indicators. An outwardly ill-mannered person may be spiritually quite awake whereas a well-behaved accomplished and respected person may be a spiritual zero.
Secondly, it doesn’t help us at all or others in any way. In fact, it is often harmful to both. It harms us because it may bring in us the sense of superiority, which only bloats our pride and ego, which is definitely harmful to us. Secondly, by thinking negatively about others, we are sending negative vibrations which are not good for the other person’s progress. And since everyone who is working for the Mother is directly under Her Care we in fact harm Her working through this ignorant critical attitude. That is why The Mother had this notice put up in the Ashram.
“When you have nothing pleasant to say about something or somebody in the Ashram, keep silent.
“You must know that this silence is faithfulness to the Divine’s work.”

This advice actually applies in other circumstances as well. In fact the closer we grow to the Divine, the humbler we grow and this humility not only serves as a safeguard against the attack by the hostile forces but also helps us realise the Divine Presence in all. He dwells even in the gentlest blade of grass. And if He has chosen to dwell even in the meekest and the weakest, then who are we to judge.
Sri Aurobindo reminds us.
‘”Examine thyself without pity, then thou wilt be more charitable and pitiful to others.”

In any case, people are in different stages of progress depending upon their past evolution so all our assessments do not matter. The rest depends upon each one’s sincerity.
