AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I did go through a week of crippling overwhelm and I thought I could never overcome the darkness. I tried to keep my thoughts on the Mother and Shri Aurobindo. I kept Savitri close to me. 🙏🏻🌅[…]

One day, when it was unbearable and I was unable to function, I begged The Mother to help me and concentrated on Her and Shri Aurobindo’s feet. In a few hours, something shifted. I felt lighter and the darkness moved and I could literally feel and see the light. Ever since then, I have had difficult moments, but none of that hopelessness and darkness.

The Grace is always there to help us not only through the difficult moments but, more importantly, to show us the way towards progress and help us through the journey. All that we need is to turn towards it with trust and confidence in its working.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
