There are several inner rhythms and only one of them belongs to the psychic. 

– Is the psychic being a present being, a living being?

Yes, the psychic being is very much living and conscious. It is living, conscious, full of love and delight, always turned towards the Divine. 

– Is the soul a screen? Of his manifestation and further manifestations.

The soul is not a screen but a conscious dynamic energy, a pure condensation of the Divine Power.

The Witness Mind is the screen.

– A Screen of carrying a living?

It is the Witness state that is experienced as a screen, but obviously a screen is not enough to guide or move us. Will is needed. The Screen is good for knowing things as they truly are. But one needs Will to act. The psychic has both the true knowledge and the true will, but it is clouded in human beings. First, the dust and the cloud of ignorance must be removed by the process of inner purification before the screen can reflect true knowledge and the true will.

The solution has to be practical. It is always difficult to find sincere paid workers. Therefore it helps to make it clear to them as to what is expected. It also helps to tell them that you will be keeping track through CCTV. It works as a deterrent.
