AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I come from a very orthodox brahmin family and my parents strictly oppose inter caste marriages, my girl friend is from another caste, so my parents will never accept this thing. Should we worry about this😥?  Or leave everything in The Mother’s hands.

Whether parents will agree or not is a later thing. The most important thing is whether you both agree with each other or not. The next important thing is to be financially independent. It is only then that the question of marraige arises. Until then see that your love and togetherness is happy and beautiful, not degrading but supportive of each other in your higher pursuits.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
