It is a pressure of the Force of Yoga on the lower centres trying to open it. It is the seat of resistance and the pressure often raises certain elements of lower nature that have remained hidden as part of the resistance against the Divine Working. Calling peace and wideness, taking the Mother’s Name and surrender of all movements to the Mother is the way.
