Now they have their full play, and I feel like I have never had any progress whatsoever. There is a lack of confidence. Fear and anxiety grip me sometimes, accompanied by loss of sleep for so many months. I am distracted by those vicious thoughts that keep repeating and draining me out. I have been a recipient of The Mother’s Grace throughout these years. This period, though looks insurmountable, may pass, but now it looks too big to handle. Please guide with some practical steps.
These phases come in every sadhak’s life. They have to be endured as the purificatory process. If one remains steadfast in faith and aspiration, they eventually do pass away. Remember, the night is often darkest before the Dawn.Β
