AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

How do some people move from one relationship to another so quickly, almost overnight? Do they not have feelings, or do they simply not care about the emotions of the person they leave behind? It’s heartbreaking how relationships that once seemed so deep filled with words like “I love you so much” and “You’re my everything”—can end so badly. Were those words ever real, or do people change so easily? Now they will say the same words to other person. How can someone who once cherished you now walk away so easily with someone else, hurt you, and immediately start a new relationship as if nothing happened? Do they ever reflect on the pain they cause to other😪?

It is difficult to generalise such things and, i must say very very rare to move suddenly overnight. Generally a build up is taking place behind the facade of happy exterior, a growing inner unhappiness in the relationship for whatever reasons. During this phase one is quite vulnerable and has a tendency to shift grounds, withdraw or find a new partner. This certainly doesn’t happen overnight and if it does then it simply indicates that the person claiming to love was a big imposter.

As to words people say many things without meaning them often with ulterior motives of which sometimes even they may not be conscious as caught in a web of deceptive forces. That is why it has been said that do not trust the words blindly unless they are supported with actions that are commensurate. In any case once such a thing happens it is best not to get into a complaining mode. Instead of that one should reflect within and see what could have been charged from our side without blaming oneself or the partner and then go about one’s own life towards the future.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

There is no need to delve into knowledge of geo-politics? It is one profession among many. No one is expected to learn about every profession, isn’t it? Dear Sir, why is that the ego anti-divine? Why does it is not naturally surrenders to the divine? Why is there division and a distance from the divine? Why does it have to die ultimately for the complete spiritualization? 🪞🌱🙏🏼

Ego is neither Divine nor anti-Divine. It is a part of human nature whose purpose is to create the sense of individuality. Individuality is a necessary element in human evolution. Its purpose is to create the sense of freewill, within certain limits of course. Freewill in this context simply means that the individual must chose from a number of forces impacting upon the person. The choices may be aligned to our deeper truth, swabhava and swadharma, …
