My Sister’s child is 2.5 Y/o, and the parents are very tense about him not speaking. He very rarely makes any sound. What to do? 👼🏼

Some children pick up speech as late as five years. Speak to him a lot. See also if he responds to sounds. Show him to a pediatrician to check for tongue tie.
