I think Sri Aurobindo in the Ilion depicts a bit of the tragic nature of existence but he also says in an aphorism that poets sometimes make too much of the tragedies of life. How to tackle these mood swings of immense energy and jest and the tragic melancholic contemplation admist this battle of life😥?
One has to cultivate faith. It is the surest guide in the darkest days. Faith comes by reminding ourselves that there is indeed a Divine Wisdom, a Divine Grace guiding this world. It knows its ways and the needed steps. To trust the Divine Grace is the secret of all stability.
