If someone expresses love and care in a dream, but in real life they’re unable to do so for some reason, is it just the mind creating it, or could there be some truth behind it🙂?

It could be a number of things ranging from wishful thinking (if it is about others), to an actual contact truth of the inner being which remains unexpressed due to certain gaps and deficiencies of the power of expression.
