Yes, once someone has passed the stage of adolescence, they should be left to their ways unless they seek advice or else they are likely to seriously harm themselves or others.

Yes, all other paths are included and integrated here. But once the soul is found, there is a freedom to chose, – either to opt out of the further evolutionary journey and the collective yoga or to engage with it consciously.
