AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Every day, I feel a weight on my body. My body feels very heavy, and I feel the weight of my energy. What could be the reason behind this? There is a lot of inertia in my body, and I don’t feel like doing anything. 😣[…]

Many times, when I go out to do some business, situations arise where, even after completing all the processes, it doesn’t finalise. I have to stay at home all day, just chanting names, watching your videos, and reading books by Mother Sri Aurobindo. My whole family is upset with me because I don’t do any work. I can’t do any work, and no one wants to sit with me. I don’t feel anything for anyone, not for my wife, not for my parents, not for any friend. It’s like I have no attachment to anyone. I don’t feel anything in sexual activity either. I don’t understand what is going on.

It means that your inner being is not in harmony with the work you are doing or the environment you are living in. There is a need to change. Perhaps you can visit the Ashram once for few days and see.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

The release from the conventions is the release from the laws and norms of the old creation. It is akin to the story of Daksha Prajapati whose laws and norms are overturned by Shiva and the sacrifice of Mata Sati….
