AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Alok Da, how do I stop overthinking and overanalyzing everything? Also how to start observing without analyzing?πŸ§ πŸŒ€πŸ§πŸ’¬

One should tell the analysing mind that there is no way it can arrive at a definitive conclusion.

Learn to step back and be a witness to your thoughts as someone watching it as an indifferent neutral observer.

Practice breath observation when the mind begins to become restless.

Do Japa or some mantra recitation going on inside. It is the best way to quieten the mind.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
