Mumma took Mother’s name, then I took Ma’s photo and all the while listened to guided meditation but nothing worked and I slept very late, what should I do?
It is best to turn the mind away from the monster who feeds upon and grows by our attention. Anything that can divert the mind like some song or a little game works. And of course taking the Mother’s Name is best. Even if the monster does not run away immediately he becomes powerless and cannot harm you.
