Perhaps you mean Kaliyuga? Yes, if we go by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, the manifestation of the New Creation, which is the Truth-Creation literally, started on the 29th February 1956. But of course, its possibility took birth with the advent of Sri Ramakrishna; it took a definite step forward on the 04th April 1910, as Sri Aurobindo stepped into Pondicherry, carrying the possibility of the New Yoga. The soil was being prepared with the Mother’s meeting of Sri Aurobindo and the seed was sown in matter on 05th December 1950. But since 29th February 1956, it has been increasingly active, especially during the period from 2014 to 2028, during which there is a cyclic repetition of the forces involved in the first quarter of the previous century.ย
I don’t quite remember about 2012, but there have been a lot of prophecies about the end of Kaliyuga, and the beginning of a new cycle around this period, which only indicates that the human mind is beginning to receive something of this truth in some way.ย
As to the Bhavisyapurana, etc., not everyone agrees about the astronomical figures and dates. I have spoken about this in some of the talks on the subject on auromaa channels.ย
