Alok Da, kindly explain meaning of these 2 lines in Savitri: (1) A traveller in his oftshifting home (2) His heights break off too low to reach the skies 🪷🙏🏻

It describes the condition of man. His journey of life is driven by the vital desires which keep shifting the base. Besides the vital force of desire and ambition does not have the capacity to take us to the divine heights and our highest possibilities because desire and ego seek their satisfaction in this or that outward object.
