Does one become like the person they are copying even if that’s not their true internal nature and most of it is to be liked / please people. To seek attention and get praise.

There are no friends and foes in business. There are transactions, give and take, which may be fair or unfair. But it is always good not to mix up these things, as they are the frequent cause of confusion. Friendship and business are best kept a little distance from each other.

Flattery, imitation, trying to please others, getting attention lands one straight into the lap of falsehood. The least one can do is to stay as far as one can from these things.

Pranam Sir. Since my childhood I always dislike to depend on others. But being a single working mother, I have to depend on baby sitters from agency for my 3 years daughter during my office time. But through cctv, i am noticing that they are neglecting due to which I have scolded and subsequently they have quit. Now also new one behaves the same way. What I have to do in such situations? The solution has to be practical. It is always difficult to find sincere paid workers. Therefore it helps to make it clear to them as to what is expected. It also helps to tell them that you will be keeping track through CCTV. It works as a deterrent.
