There is a simple good book available in Vak on Basic Asanas and Daily Dozen for women. It is very nice. Another option is through YouTube classes. There is one particular person whose classes number of people take in the Ashram and it is very cheap and good. I can send you the link if you want. Best is to do it yourself through either of these. Personal trainers and gym etc are best avoided. They are fanciful, expensive, feed one’s vanity and, most importantly bring a close physical contact which is not desirable for spiritual progress.
