AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

But why should these things happen to someone who doesn’t even have any Spiritual inclination? He was only visiting to understand my emotional connection to Pondicherry and the Ashram. More than that, he had an academic interest in philosophy, nothing else. This isn’t a common occurrence, is it? 🤔❤️‍🔥🌻🍃

These things are not uncommon. The subconscious mind, especially the vital nature, has many things hidden within it that show up under the pressure of this place, especially in those who are not ready. The Mother has cautioned about these kinds of experiences, visions and voices that indicate more of an inner instability than of yoga. Those who seek to practice yoga don’t go through these things, at least in the beginning. They grow first in the foundations of Peace, Purity, Equanimity, Sincerity, Aspiration, Faith, etc. These experiences are not to be relied upon in a genuine spiritual.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
