I am not much of a fan of past life regression therapy as many mixtures come up from the subliminal regions of our being. The therapists are mostly unaware of these inner realms as they are not yogis. Getting cured is a different matter. Even a powerful suggestion or an apparent logical explanation for the problem is itself therapeutic. But to take past life regression as revealing the truth is very doubtful.Ā
