Do I think too much?I told you during meditation some thought/question attracts my attention and I is strong enough that I know I need to find the answer. And when I get that ‘AHA’ moment I know that is the correct answer. I get physical reaction at that moment too. The best way to describe it is what I have seen on tv and in movies, when the fine electric shock to person’s heart to bring him back. I kind of feel mild jolt near heart and I get a mild convulsion thru my body. No pain, no discomfort. What is this🤔?

The first strategy is a little pessimistic because Mother mentions that if the same world begins to meet your wants, you might become enamoured or attracted once more. What about the goddess?What if the main four aspects of the divine is represented as follow:-1) Sat / Brahma 2) Chit-Tapas / Shiva- Shakti 3) Anand / Vishnu. Often when I go into solitude for meditation🧘‍♀️ for a prolonged period interesting things happen. Prophetic dreams, etc. 1.5 years ago I was down with covid and couldn’t see anyone for a week. I was feeling very bad and spent entire days sleeping. One day, I woke up from such a heavenly dream that I will never forget that experience. The dream was very very simple — it was me walking around some “school” if it can even be called that” with a few friends. The location was in some picturesque place in the nature. And I literally felt when I woke up that I wish I had NEVER woken up. It was such a deep feeling of loss that I experienced when I woke up because what I felt in the dream was just absolute Bliss. There is simply no other way to describe that state. And I bet in life there is no experience that can compare with the state of supreme serenity, absolute happiness, and joy beyond all imagination. Just wanted to share this because I haven’t felt that way since, and I still don’t know why that beautiful experience came in the middle of my illness. Could it be that my mind was completely shut off at that point in time, so I could experience something much deeper?

If the universe of time and space as we see it fluctuated out of spaceless, timeless void of unmanifest potentiality, once this happened does this unmanifest void have a role in the becomings and happenings of the universe or is it just there as quality less state without any interaction with happenings of the world🌏 like a certain view of nirvana suggests? Cos Sri Aurobindo talks about how things which perish are thrown back into unmanifest and reappear later in new forms and combinations and how things old and new are fashioned in these depths suggest that this void which is supposedly devoid of any qualities and movement is still interacting with the world in it’s dynamic becoming. So is this origin ever present and active or has no role whatsoever after once the universe came out of this void like some mokshavadins or nirvanists say?

I went for a healing Ayurvedic retreat. Here, we have yoga classes with a lot of pranayama practices🧘. Some involve more basic pranayama practices, whereas others involve kapal bhati and mula bandha, etc. I don’t really know much about these practices, but I heard that there are some dangers associated with pranayama.
