Even after repeated rejections, these suggestions of lust come even more strongly. How to reject them permanently, as I feel that I am just suppressing them. 🫥🦋
It takes time, and one has to be very patient. Rejecting lustful thoughts is not enough. One needs to stay busy and do a lot of exercise. The sexual energy must be sublimated into creative activities, and there should be regular readings and reflection so that the mind is preoccupied with beautiful thoughts. Read a few passages from Savitri or any book of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo before you meditate.
