AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Dear Alok da, since Divine is in all, and all is in the Divine, does it mean that the entire Nature is in all? I felt it is the truth behind our body being made of the elements of panch bhoothas. Is it correct? Could you please elaborate on this?πŸͺ”πŸŒ…πŸŒŸπŸ•ŠοΈ

Panchbhutas are not all of Nature. There are many other things that are non-material but are still part of Nature, the ego, for example. Now the Divine is not Nature. He is behind and beyond Nature as a living Presence. Take for example yourself. Are you the same as your body or your thoughts or your nature? Evidently no. But equally we and our nature go together, like the light and the lamp, the sun and its energy, the clouds and the rain. They are together even though different. One is the Source, the other is its force and power. So too the Divine is the Supreme Existence from which all other existences derive. Nature is the energy or the wisdom, force and power of the Divine. The body with the panchbhutas, our prana, our emotions, thoughts, mind, etc are all part of Nature. They all emerge from the Divine, exist because of the Divine and return back to the Divine. But the Divine Himself is the Self-existent Truth, and exists even if all else is abolished.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
