AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

“Ek Ram 🏹Dasharath ka beta,  Ek Ram ghat ghat mein leta,  Ek Ram hai jagat pasara,  Ek Ram 🏹hai jagat se nyaara,” What does this mean?

The three Ram are the three aspects of the One Divine, the Universal, Immanent and the Transcendent (jagat pasara, ghat ghat vasi, sabse nyara). All these are together incarnate in the son of Dasratha. The great mystic is pointing towards the mystery and the secret of the Divine Incarnation.  That is why the Name and meditation upon the incarnate Divine is enough to help the soul struggling in bondage of nature to cross the ocean of ignorance towards liberation.

This is true of all Divine Incarnations.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Original question asked in Hindi: एक राम दशरथ का बेटा, एक राम घट घट में लेटा, एक राम है जगत पसारा, एक राम है जगत से न्यारा, इसका क्या मतलब है? यह दोहा संत कबीर द्वारा लिखा गया है। इसमें कहा गया है कि तीनों राम का नाम सब लोग लेते हैं, लेकिन चतुर्थ राम का रहस्य कोई नहीं समझ पाता। तीन राम को सब कोई धयावे, चतुर्थ राम को मर्म न पावे।

Sometimes, there is a feeling that I am not actively outwardly doing enough to find the right resources or people around for Spiritual Growth. But other times, I feel that I should sincerely aspire within me for the Spiritual Growth and rest, the Mother will arrange it all outwardly. 🙂🔥🌹

I am aware that one should be above personal likes and dislikes toward work. Work should be done as Nishkama Karma. But given limited human understanding, finding one’s Purpose or Work that truly brings joy or the feeling of “this is what I am meant to do” – requires going through the process of active awareness and eliminating whatever doesn’t align with one’s nature. 😇🌄✨[…]

We need to understand that there are in us not one but two natures. One nature is that which operates on the surfaces and is the result of our conditioning and habit of thoughts, feelings, actions that develop in the course of our growing up process.
