In fact spiritual perfection can only be developed while in the material world. The material world is the crude material upon which and through which one must work out the inner and outer perfection. In essence it means not a change of outer circumstances but rather a change of attitude in our dealing with them and eventually, a change of consciousness.
Does the human mother with evolved psychic being bear a child, whose psychic will be equally evolved?
It is certainly more likely but no general rule can be made as there are several other factors that come into play.
