How can I deepen my spiritual life, and why do my prayers seem to go unanswered😯? (example: I am praying regularly and upgrading my skills in preparation for a new job, yet I still struggle to succeed in interviews. Before each interview, I call on the Mother to be with me. While I believe something good will come my way, I’m left wondering when and how that will happen!!)

There are things that we are supposed to do. It is part of our evolutionary effort. There are things that the Divine has to do. Finally there are things that the gods of fate have to do. What we have today in terms of outer circumstances and inner capacities is what our past karmas have led us to (karma, by the way is an evolutionary mechanism and not a tribunal of reward and punishment). What we shall be tomorrow will depend upon the efforts we put in today. This is the process of evolution and we cannot bypass it. The Divine pushes the gods to mitigate the karma and blunt its effects, He pushes and prompts us to undertake the effort and gives us the strength to go through the process. Finally He adds something all the time that has the power to override everything, something that turns evil into good and uses everything for the soul’s progress. That is the Divine Grace.

I’m in cancer treatment and it looks quite good. But I have to deal with a medical system here in Switzerland that on one hand is very excellent but on the other is often working with “worst case” scenarios causing fear and anxiety in me. (Sometimes I ask myself whether the hostile forces can also use doctors…) Anyway, I often feel the obligation to decide something, whether to follow the doctor’s advice or go my own way. Hello Dada.. I am in lot of emotional distress and just nothing feels right. I don’t know how to put it in word at some point I feel terrible about myself and at the same time not able to hold it anymore. Things have paradoxically changed.
