Eternal Time means that the flow of Time has no beginning and end. Things that express or manifest in terms of Time have a beginning and end, but Time itself has no beginning or end.
On the other hand, Eternal implies That which exists beyond Time and Space. It refers to the stable basis, the Truth, the Source or ultimate Existence, self-born, out of which Time emerges (not begins), upon which it flows and in which Time itself rests.
