How to know our love towards someone is based on something higher or just another vital Attraction🫤?

Vital Attraction is invariably accompanied by restlessness due to want and vital longing which is sooner or later followed by frustration, dissatisfaction etc. 

True love is something calmer and full of the sense of giving and care.
