AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

How to recognise psychic and vital? I am a devotee of Sri Aurobindo and Divine Mother. They have saved my life from many set backs. A few days back, My interaction with my younger son has turned bitter. According to me I asked him a general question, he got irritated and stopped communicating with me.Β I am a single parent, brought up two children., they are grown ups, in their 50s. I am concerned, so asked my son, over which he is terribly upset.Β πŸ§‘β€πŸ§‘β€πŸ§’πŸ›‘οΈπŸŒ±πŸ§Έ

I stay alone, sons are living separately. I am worried and all the time my mind is thinking on this. Daily I am praying to Divine Mother and Sri Aurobindo. Please guide me.

The psychic is always surrendered to the Divine Mother with faith and complete confidence in Her Grace. It is always at peace like Prahlad, always full of joy. It is never afraid of anything including death. The vital is restless, full of wants and anxieties, hopes and expectations, fears and desires.

I am not sure why your son got annoyed. But generally one doesn’t give advices to grown ups, especially children after they are 21, unless they ask for it. If your younger son is 50, you must be entering the age when our mind should be directed fully towards God rather than the family. You should be available for them if needed and they should be available for you if you need, especially during illness etc. For the rest leave it to the Divine Mother and Her Grace to work out things according to the higher Plan.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
