AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I am unable to concentrate on anything (reading, listening, work…), which is affecting my life. E.g., I buy books of my interest that I am unable to start to read, and I join courses that I am unable to finish. Please suggest how I can organise my life in a better way. πŸ˜“

Start by practicing and developing concentration on the one activity that naturally engages and arouses interest. Start with small steps such as reading one passage a day, taking up short courses etc. Later, one can develop it by extending the time duration.Β

Affectionately,

Alok Da

I am curious how you understand this and practice this aim of Life. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸͺ·β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯
