First thing is to get the right understanding of Sri Aurobindo and his yoga. I would suggest that you read The Mother’s Collected Works and Sri Aurobindo’s Letters on Yoga. Read what Sri Aurobindo writes about karma yoga and practice nishkama karma, equanimity and, offering of your everyday action to Her. Remember Her inwardly and pray to Her to reveal the purpose of your life and the work you are meant to do.
