AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

If I assume that I have entered a state of deep meditation or merged with consciousness, is it necessary to have a guru to support my body, or am I capable of doing it myself?🙏🧘🕉️🕯️

Samadhi is of many different kinds. Broadly however there is a Samadhi from which one returns back. Here obviously nothing special is required for the care of the body except that it should be a place where there is no external danger. But there is another type of Samadhi in which one loses complete contact with the body and the outer consciousness. If one remains in that for long enough, a few days, then the body dissolves of itself.

There is of course a waking Samadhi but your question doesn’t concern that.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

My Brother, The Forms you had created for our safety have been dissolved by me. I don’t know whether you told me to do so or I took it wrongly for any specific reason or not. How will those forms be recreated, or will we get a better option? Please do something; we are in pain and suffering. 😢🙏🏻🪷❤️‍🩹
