AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Last few days I suddenly had a desperation to come in contact with my psychic being to receive inner guidance. I sat in meditation and aspired that my psychic being come forward very intensely. I started experiencing a sharp pain in the center of my chest and a pressure in my throat. I then came across these words from The Mother – “ Yes, if you call very strongly, if you aspire very strongly, you may pull down a large number of forces into you,..💖🕯️🪷✨

but you will not be able to digest them, assimilate them. if you want to go fast, if you hurry, you send a kind of call and pull towards you too great a number of forces, forces which otherwise would have come less quickly.”

I prayed to The Mother that I am not in a hurry, let my psychic evolution happen at its pace and the pain subsided. What is the right way to approach the journey of coming in contact with the psychic being?

This experience came as a guidance from your psychic being itself that one should give oneself more and more to the Divine rather than want or pull. The intensity of your aspiration brought you in contact with the psychic being which reminded you that the way is not to pull overeagerly but to surrender to the Divine Mother quietly and persistently with love and devotion as then the sadhana itself goes much more steadily and safely.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Each one is responsible mainly for one’s own progress. What others do is their problem. We should mind only our own business.
